Takes the file descriptions from any tab-delimited file, and imports them into the SitC resource of all the files matching the names present in the description file. Works on whole folders at a time - up to 300k of description data. Great for converting Files.BBS descriptions for use on Telefinder, FirstClass, and NovaLink BBS's which use the SitC resource for file descriptions.
